After a full valuation and report has been carried out on the property Barrons aim to market the property on all of our major advertising portals within 24 hours.
What tools/technique will be used to market my property?
Barrons offers high quality pictures using high spec equipment to be taken of your property which are uploaded on various marketing platforms.
We also offer professional videos to be taken of your property. These usually consist of a short introductory video about the property, another video detailing the features of the property and a full-length video featuring a presenter presenting the property and going through the features of the property.

How do I proceed if I want to make an offer on a property i've seen?
If you really liked a property you viewed with us it is very simple to make an offer all you have to do is contact your negotiator you viewed the property with and send them a formal offer through email and then they will send you a tenant application form with reservation details.
How long will take for my offer to be accepted?
This process can take up to 48 hours depending on the other party response time.
What methods of payment accepted?
Our preferred payment is through via online banking however, in some cases we do accept cash payments.
Can I use more than one payment method to pay for a reservation?
Yes, as long as the payment has been authorised and given full consent via email or in person.
How do I cancel a reservation?
Should you want to cancel your reservation due to any circumstances; any charges and rent loss will be deducted from your holding deposit.
What is the minimum term of contract?
All of our contracts are a minimum of 12 months contract with a 6 months break clause.
How soon can I move into the property?
As soon as your offer is accepted and we have received all your correct documents and third party reference which usually takes up 48 hours.
What if the Landlord rejects my offer?
Should the Landlord reject your offer for any reason your holding deposit will be returned to you within 7 working days and we will help to find you another alternative.
Are pets allowed?
Depending on the property however, we do have some properties which do allow pets please see in the ad descriptions.
